House was built in a low lying area where they had excess water penetration to the crawlspace rotting out bearing walls and creating mould and rot throughout. The bearing wall was replaced with PWF 2X6 studs, 280 lineal feet of perforated pipe was installed and drained to a Triple safe sump system which discharge to the exterior of the home. Clean Space vapour barrier was installed over the entire floor area and the exterior walls were insulated with a R15 rigid insulation.
