About Island & Interior Basement Systems
At Island & Interior Basement Systems, we service a very large area, which can be difficult to get to sometimes. We offer several choices for you to find out what you need to know:
- On-site inspection and quotation
- Estimates via email, fax, or mail
- No-charge quotes, based on "in the neighbourhood" scheduling for distant areas
Yes, we provide free quotations, but there is a catch (isn't there always?). We do charge for our estimates and inspections during the following times:
- Urgent/emergency quotes requiring lengthy travel from our current location
- A one-half hour travel time beyond the Hwy 1 corridor
The good news is that our inspection fee is 100% deductible from the price of the job, should you choose us as your contractor. Fees payable for inspections are payable upon our arrival. We accept cheque, cash, or Visa/MasterCard.
If you are interested in a "ballpark" price and additional information, we would be happy to provide you with some estimates and brochures on our systems. Simply call or email us with a description of the problem, and we will provide you with what you need to make a sound decision.

Island & Interior Basement Systems works closely with Stratas and property managers to provide permanent solutions for condos, townhouses and other multi-owner complexes.
